Since our founding in 1989, we've grown to become one of the most successfull system builders in America, in-fact we were recently ranked by CRN Magazine as one of the top 5 system builders... but we've never let our growth interfear with making sure that our customers have access to top CTL management…and we're never too busy to meet with you. We can send a team to meet with you at your location, or if you prefer, we invite you to meet with us in our Portland Headquarter offices and to tour our production facilities.
Quality and Consistency
To satisfy their shareholders demands to meet quarterly profit targets, publicly traded multi-national computer companies often don't incorporate top quality components into the computers that they sell, the parts they use can be proprietary, and they often change component brands based upon the "deal of the day". As a privately owned company, CTL has continuously grown by holding ourselves to a higher standard. CTL PCs and Servers are built and extensively tested with top of the line, non-proprietary name-brand components such as Intel® Mainboards; Kingston® Memory; Seagate® Hard Drives and ATI® Video Cards. We consistently use these component brands because we know that manufacturing a computer with the best components result in the best, most reliable computer. And because the component brands that we use are not proprietary…and because we don't change component brands based upon the "deal of the day" our computers are easier to maintain, support and upgrade resulting in a lower Total Cost of Ownership.
Flexible and Easy To Work With
CTL understands that our government and education customers each have specific needs, and we're happy to work with each customer to accommodate IT, Purchasing, Shipping or Procedural requests…we'll do things the way you want us to rather than tell you how to do them. Would you like us to load your organization's image onto each PC or to affix your organization's asset tags to each PC during production? No Problem. CTL will provide these services free-of-charge WSCA/NASPO configured CTL computers.
Furthermore, each of our government and education customers has a dedicated CTL Account Representative, acting as a single point of contact - which means that you don't have to look up 15 different numbers or call 15 different people to get something done…just call your CTL Account Representative and they'll make sure that you get taken care of.
Service and Support
Our flexibility extends to the service and support that we provide under agencies purchasing through the WSCA/NASPO contract. Unlike our competitors, we don't tell your technicians what they can or can't do to CTL PC's. Opening the chassis or upgrading the system won't void the warranty which means that your techs can get done what they need to get done - quickly. If you need a stock of spare parts to cover maintenance and repair by your own technicians for a deployment of CTL computers, we are happy to work with you on that. When you need CTL to provide service for an in-warranty WSCA/NASPO PSS configured computer at your organization's location, anywhere in the country, we'll dispatch a highly qualified technician to resolve the issue at no cost to your organization.
