International Shipping and Checkout Overview
CTL has partnered with International Checkout, a trusted 3rd party company which focuses on international shipping and order fulfillment. If you are a customer outside of the United States, you may shop normally through our site, clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button for items that you wish to purchase to add them to your shopping cart. During the checkout process, simply choose the ‘International Checkout’ option. Upon your confirmation that you wish to proceed with International Checkout, the items in your cart will be automatically transferred to International Checkout (this will open a new window).
To easily complete the transaction, just follow the instructions on the International Checkout website. International Checkout accepts international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. International Checkout will process your payment and will GUARANTEE delivery.
Please note that when your order is complete, International Checkout will handle all customer service, including returns if necessary. International shipping costs vary depending on order size and weight; destination country; shipping preference and the duties and taxes collected by your government.
International shipping costs are calculated by International Checkout during the checkout process on the International Checkout site. To view the shipping costs for your order, add the items that you want to purchase to your cart and select ‘International Checkout’. Upon confirmation that you wish to proceed with international checkout, the items in your cart will be transferred to iShop USA where you will be able to see the shipping costs calculated for your specific order.
