International Shipping and Checkout Overview
CTL has partnered with iShop USA, a trusted 3rd party company which focuses on international shipping and order fulfillment. If you are a customer outside of the United States, you may shop normally through our site, clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button for items that you wish to purchase to add them to your shopping cart. During the checkout process, simply choose the ‘International Checkout’ option. Upon your confirmation that you wish to proceed with International Checkout, the items in your cart will be automatically transferred to iShop USA (this will open a new window).
To easily complete the transaction, just follow the instructions on the iShop USA website. iShop USA accepts international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShop USA will process your payment and will GUARANTEE delivery.
Please note that when your order is complete, iShop USA will handle all customer service, including returns if necessary. International shipping costs are calculated by iShop USA during the checkout process on the iShop USA site. To view the shipping costs for your order, add the items that you want to purchase to your cart and select ‘International Checkout’. Upon confirmation that you wish to proceed with international checkout, the items in your cart will be transferred to iShop USA where you will be able to see the shipping costs calculated for your specific order.
