The product itself is not bad. Windows 7 is not a really great o/s for tablet devices. I hear that Windows 8 would be better. I placed an international order the tne device shipped with a dead sound card. When I needed to get it replaced within a 2 week period I was charged for shipping once again which cost me $80. When I contacted CTLCORP they washed their hands of it saying I would need to track down the international shipper. Because of this I am rating the product low.

The 2go Pad is certainly a neat device that fits most of our portable needs. With Windows 7, I have fully compatiblity with all my files and no need to learn a new sysytem. We've had it for 6 months with no problems. We use it mainly for web-browsing skyping and e-reading. The unit itself is nicely made as is the leather cover. The main problem is the battery life of the unit,about 2 hrs. Too bad the battery couldn't be swapped out for extended trips.

The first unit I received, it would turn off if you picked it up by its side. The replaced the unit, and the new one works just fine. It would be nice if the touch and zoom was a bit faster. Could use a faster processor for sure.
