Do you have remote overload with multiple remotes piled on your coffee table? The Nexus 4 device universal remote can be programed to operate up to 4 separate devices, replacing 4 remotes with one! This remote includes dedicated buttons for TV, DVD, STB (Set top box) and AUX, however these buttons can be easily programmed to operate whatever device you choose.

All programing is done on the remote itself by entering device codes...no computer is required. This is pre-programed to control the Nexus TV models listed below, but can also be programmed to control other TV brands and models as well. Codes from hundreds of devices such as TVs, DVD/Blue Ray players, Cable Boxes, PVR/DVRs, VCRs, Stereos, Audio Receivers and home theater systems can be punched into this remote to enable it to provide full control over those devices. For devices without a program code, this remote includes both a learning function to learn the remote codes from other remotes and a search mode to search for remote codes for devices when a remote for that device is not available to learn from.

Other functions of the remote include

• Back-lit buttons
• the option to set a 'Volume Lock' so that one devices volume controls volume in all other modes
• 'Channel Lock' so that the remote controls a single devices channel changing functions regardless of operating mode
• 'Key Mover' - allowing you to map (or copy) keys from one mode to another mode or to a different key in the same mode
• The ability to program any key with a Macro function of up to 15 sequential key presses. Macros can be programmed as either Mode-Independent or Mode-Dependent
