Product warranties begin on the date of the original purchase of a specific product from CTL Corporation or an Authorized CTL Reseller.
Any product defect not originating from that of materials or workmanship will not be considered covered under warranty.
Monitor DOA Policy: CTL will replace, on a priority basis, any CTL monitor that CTL has shipped and that arrives at a site DOA (Dead on Arrival), with a new unit, provided that the monitor has not been physically damaged due to shipping or careless mishandling. The DOA period shall not exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the original CTL invoice.
This warranty is valid only within the United States.
