CTL, a global computer products manufacturer, announced today that it has signed an OEM agreement with Corel Corporation for Distribution of the newly released Corel Word Perfect 2002 Office Suite. CTL will include the software on certain models of computer systems that it produces for Government, Educational, Legal and Reseller markets.

Corel Word Perfect Office Suite 2002 Professional includes: WordPerfect 10 (a word processing component), Quattro Pro 10 (a Spreadsheet component), Corel Presentations 10 (a slide show creation component), CorelCENTRAL 10 (a personal information manager) and Paradox 10 (a database component).
